1879 Argentine forend stock with steel tip. This model forend is unique among the #1 rolling blocks. It is longer than the standard .43 Spanish and is also contoured to fit the Octagon section of barrel just forward of the receiver in that model. This part has a dark oil finish. the top rails are nice and flat. There is a shallow chip (3/16x1/2) on the bottom of the rear portion dark like the rest of the stock. A few minor dings otherwise a very nice stock. |

Late production #1 forend stock with steel tip. This stock is made to be used with barrel bands that are secured by screws. It should fit the standard 11mm military rifles such as .43 Spanish or Egyptian. It has a med brown oil finish showing wood grain. The top flats are present w/ a couple of small dents n mid way between the first and second bands, a depression ( 9/16 x 3/160 between the second and third band on the right side of the stock. A scattering of small dings as normal w/ these military pieces, all in all a good representative stock. We have other late #1 forends of varying condition POR. |

#5 forend stock for Remington military RB rifle. Complete with tip and barrel band spring. The tip is made w/ an integral bayonet lug on this model. Will fit all of the #5 models from 1897 to 1910. Finish is dark oil. there are a few scrapes, one depression and a chip (3/8 dia) on the bottom. The top flats are wide the full length, the wood is proud of the metal. It does not appear to have been sanded or refinished. We have other #5 forends of varying condition POR. |

Trigger Guard for a Spanish Oviedo rolling block military rifle. These rifles are easily identified by the stampings on the right side of the receiver. A crown over the letters ARO over the date of manufacture. The Oviedo rifle internal parts are about .045 wider than the similar Remington part and do not interchange. The rifle were chambered in the .43 Reformado cartridge also not interchangeable w/ the .43 Spanish Remington. |

#6 Remington Falling block Sight Set. The front sight is grey metal, the rear sight is showing grey on the top corners and the ends off the sight. Remington made #6 rifles with at least two different rear barrel sight. Some #6 will have the adjustable rear sight as used on the late #4. The key is the size of the rear dovetail on the barrel. If the rear dovetail is 3/8 you need the adjustable sight, a smaller rear dovetail apx .295 will use this fixed sight. |

Argentine 1879 military rifle Sight. This sight is unique to the Remington military contract rifles built for the Argentine Govt. This is a fully functional sight with a very brown finish. All the stampings are crisp and sharp. There is no pitting or other significant damage. There are a few light handling marks and thinning finish on a few sharp edges of the sight ladder. BATJAC memorabilia. At one time John Wayne owned this stock as part of his movie industry company. This is an 1897 #5 RB Butt Stock with butt plate attached. The left side of the wrist is deeply stamped with the company name. It has seen a lot of wear and there are numerous surface cracks, ding and dents. There is some chipping (with wood missing) around the sling swivel base inlet (swivel is missing). The top of the butt plate and stock has been worn away to a rounded shape. While the stock is sound enough to be mounted on a rifle, it is not in good condition it's primary value is for those John Wayne or movie buff collectors. |

#5 rolling block military rifle Sight. This sight is the issue sight for the 1897 and 1902 models. It is not the correct sight for the 1910 model. This sight needs a thorough cleaning. It will be mostly white metal. The number stampings are visible. The ladder bar slides freely but will not remain in place on the upper end of the ladder without being tightened (we will leave that to the buyer) |

Swede sporting rifle Hand Guard. This forend is complete with the barrel under lug and cross mounting screw. It does not include the vertical under barrel mounting screw. This forend is similar to the one on my 8x58R Swede Sporting Rifle. |

#5 Carbine Hand Guard. This forend is from a 7mm carbine. It has a very dark oil soaked finish. The tip has two small chips and a short crack in the portion that protrudes through the barrel band. It is otherwise good condition. |

1902/1910 Trigger Guard. This trigger guard is the one drilled and tapped for an extractor spring on the left side of the guard. This guard has a light amount of surface pitting under the wood line around the edges of the tang. It is in otherwise very good condition with an older blued steel finish. |

#4 rolling block late rifle Sight set. These sights were issue on the late takedown rifle and also appear on later made early takedowns sometimes in combination with the later issue butt plate. |

Forearm for a #4 rolling block, late round barrel takedown model. This forearm is in very good condition with what appears to be a varnish finish. there is no metal escutcheon in this forearm. There are two or three light scratches in the finish on the right side near the area of the mounting screw hole. The white mark on the wood is a taped ID label that will be removed prior to shipping. |
